Talk about standards

Worst employees of the year awards. And my favorite: A Catholic priest in Colorado went jogging one morning before sunrise — naked. The priest said that he didn’t think anyone would be around so early in the morning, and that he sweats profusely if he wears clothes while running because he’s heavyset, according to police […]

So. Very. Tired.

I don’t even think there’s a word for this…..just beyond exhausted, where every single cell of my body hurts. I just want everything to be done and shipped so I can finally decorate our place and celebrate the holidays with the kids. That’s it. Just tired.

Well, it’s 11:18 p.m. and I’ve just made a pot of coffee. It will be a long night…..139 baskets done. I need to make as many bows tonight and get the baskets “finished” (bows tied on, cello fluffed & trimmed, ribbons trimmed. Then the loading of the van begins and deliveries are tomorrow. I have […]

Damn near perfect

Today was almost the perfect Mommy day. I loved it First took the boys to school, then took Erin to a special girls breakfast–she got a waffle and bacon. It was so cute and she was so excited…when we walked in the waitress said “well why are you so happy little one?” She was grinning […]

So I think it went pretty well. I was there for about an hour. She said I was the 45th person she’s interviewed….so I think the odds are against getting an offer. She’s having a higher-up call to do a phone interview, and I have to take an online personality test. Never have done one […]
