Losing to win

Since returning from Orlando I’ve lost 13 pounds. 13!!!! I’ve been walking every night, I stopped snacking at work, and I’ve started drinking more water than soda. I’m feeling so much better–not so tired! I have a long way to go, but it feels good to be losing
